Placing an Order

All orders should be made online. The product page will show live stock information on all items. Everything on our site is in stock for immediate despatch.

Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders placed by 4pm the very same day. You will receive a despatch email with tracking information once your order has been packed. The tracking information will update once the package has been scanned in by the delivery company.

Payment Methods

For online orders placed through our website, the types of payment options we accept are debit card, credit card, AMEX, PayPal and Klarna

Online card payments are encrypted and secure. At no point is anyone at Snowtart able to see or access your card information.

PayPal transactions are processed by PayPal. In addition to the order confirmation email from Snowtart you will also receive a receipt from PayPal.

Shipping costs vary by destination and the shipping service that you select. Where there is a shipping cost, this is charged at the checkout and is clearly displayed.

All products are displayed inclusive of taxes. The taxes are UK VAT and are included on everything except certain items which are VAT free (e.g. children's clothing).
